Wednesdays are the midpoint. Only half the week left to go, the countdown to the weekend begins. Now that the weather is getting nicer, there are all sorts of things to look forward to.

We are still awaiting word from our team of coders. The earthquakes effects were far reaching and I know that all of Mistica sends their well wishes their way. As far as I know at this time, everyone is safe, which is the most important thing.

The credit shop received a couple of special items this morning. The bell cherries have finally made an appearance. They are quite the bargain for their very filling effect. (50!) The LE plushies seem to be quite a bit more expensive, but they will bring joy and laughter to your pets for a very long time.

Enjoy Mistica! I hear that the shopkeepers are gearing up for some new merchandise soon. All of the shopkeepers are very excited as they ponder the new stock that they've seen in their catalogues.

Last up... don't panic!

The Credit Shop has been cleared somewhat. There are a few fun new avatars in there for everyone to enjoy. Some items will be joining them later today.

In addition to these credit avatars, everyone in Mistica will enjoy a new default avatar. It is quite appropriate, given all the mystery surrounding those darn eggs!

It's like this vicous cycle... we make it through the week and all of a sudden we are confronted with another Monday.

Our pets seem to have gone on a hiatus this week. I've searched high and low and they seem to be hiding from me!

So... the Admin Team talked, and we thought that we might be able to coax them out with another fun giveaway!

Throughout the week, we will be giving away Pandoria Boxes each day. It will be randomly generated.

I'm hoping to have some coding updates by this evening for everyone. I'm sure most of us have read about the very large Earthquake in China this past weekend. It did affect the area where our team is located. Thankfully, everyone and their familes are fine. Howard will be working from home to finish up a few things so we can get back on track until hey can get back to their office.

Very soon I hope to update you with some news from the new coding team. We should start to see some improvements. Zenk0 should also be getting to the last shop/inventory bugs very soon as well.

We'll put our best foot forward and keep moving along.

For a Monday!

Well Mistica, glad to be back amongst the land of the living. I know things were slowing down around here, but after a bit of time in the hospital, I'm gearing up to get things moving along again.

Nick has unfortunately left the site. Please do not panic, we have a great coding team taking his place. They have spent the last week or so looking through the code so we can avoid mishaps where something is 'fixed' to the detriment of another aspect of the site. I'm sure we will be seeing some great improvements soon. They will be taking over the projects that Nick was never able to finish as well.

A great and hearty thank you to the citizens of Mistica and three BIG cheers for our staff.

Their unfailing resolve, even in the midst of the unknowing was inspirational. I offer my sincere apologies for the last couple of weeks. I will take better care of myself so that I will not put anyone in that position again. (Staff or users)

Contests are now up! I apologize that they are late, I feel ill Thursday evening and was away from the computer 'till this morning.

The skies are sunny and the pets are all anxious to get out and play!! We should see some low cloud cover later this evening, but no threats of rain on our horizon.

Well, I know that we have been in a bit of a rutt due to things beyond our control. We hope that the steps that have been taken recently will get us back on track and moving along. Thank you all for your support during some difficult times.

Zenk0 is hard at work on the features, he's even popped in to some of the threads in Bugs and Glitches to reassure everyone. BIG cheers for Zenk0 everyone!

Shops now work in IE and Firefox both. (I don't believe there was any issues with Opera or Safari that were reported...)

He's working on a couple other small issues and we should be 100% VERY soon.
