The sounds of battle rang through the land that the Royal Circle called their home. Once again the Seven Demons of Sin had tried to destroy the world that they lived in, attempting to corrupt it and every living being within it. And once again the Knights of the Royal Circle were called upon to stop them and slowly drive them back into the Dark Area where they resided in their battles. This was one such battle in the early days of the battles.
"Digitalize of Soul!" Kain shouted and blasted the enormous red crocodile-type creature away from him with several powerful green beams of light that came straight from the palm of his free hand. The beast of Envy was getting a little to close for comfort and his attention had been caught by a loud revving sound that could have only come from another Demon's motorcycle. He knew who it was - Dusk, the Sin of Gluttony!
The winged black and gold dragon knight had turned just a bit, gripping his Ouryuken Blade as his red eyes locked onto the winged Demon riding his motorcycle Behemoth, blazing and weaving through the battlefield, passing other Demons and Knights that were locked in battle with each other. A bad feeling came over Kain as he watched the Demon rose up his large weapon, a pinkish-purple energy ball forming in the center as it was charging up. Where was he - wait! The only ones that were in direction he was going was Zain and Tempest! The two leaders of the Demons and Knights!
"Supreme Cannon!" A cannon going off several times caused him to return his gaze back towards Livyatan, who he watched being sent back once again, having almost been close enough to close his large jaws around him due to being momentarily distracted.
"Follow him," A strong voice shouted over the rings of battle and Kain knew exactly who it was without even having to look at the sub-leader of the Knights, who had blasted the beast back with several shots of his Garuru Cannon, "I will deal with Livyatan!" With Cecil now taking over his battle, the co-leader launched himself up into the sky, large white and gold wings flapping only a few times before he had caught up with the speeding motorcycle and its rider.

This is where Kain's Behemoth Kill Count started from and is why Dusk always hates it when Kain shows up, whether he is around Tempest or on the battlefield.
