A little weird, a little scary, a little confused... Haphazard does his best even if he has no idea what he's doing. He would like to consider himself intimidating to others, but he's really not. When you've got sincere madmen like Maniac and Radium wandering around, his propensity to jump-scare and prank people looks a lot less frightening.

He's good friends with Krait the Lysador, who does a good job tolerating his 'eccentricity' on her part. She would never admit it out loud, but Haphazard cheers her up and makes her laugh. Maybe it's because he can see past her sinister smile and razor claws and murderous temper. Maybe he doesn't see them at all. Maybe it's Maybelline(tm).
