So You Want an Infestation Pet?
Written By Xeiana

The year of February is filled with love and happiness. Valentine’s Day, when the lovebugs and cooties descend upon Mistica, can viewed either as a curse or as a time to collect the critters. But for those who prefer to have the Infestation spirit all year long, the Infestation Potion is a must-have. A word to the wise – make sure you are one who absolutely loves pink, hearts, and being cuddled.

Infestation pets, those who have drank the Infestation Potion, are full of love and warmth. They adore their friends and owners and will do anything to keep a smile of their faces. If you ever find yourself down in the dumps, no offense to Bud the Bum, then perhaps keeping an Infestation pet around will be able to lift your spirits and keep them high. Although the pink color scheme can be a bit much for some people, their personality is what really shines.

Due to their constant need to be close to others and keep them happy, a Cirrus, Baby, or Daydream pet are sure to be able to endure them quite easily. They will get along, as a Cirrus loves to shine all day and night and are quite playful, while the Daydreams find it hard to ever be sad. The Baby pets, due to their young nature, will love to these Infestations as a mother figure. Your Infestation pet will always be able to receive and give love in return.

A warning – being unable to give the same warmth and love to an Infestation pet is an extremely bad thing to do, as they literally thrive on it. Although no one knows what happens if an Infestation is neglected, no one dares to find out.

Beware of keeping a Nimbus, Terror, or Nightmare nearby. While the Nimbus pets are known to be rather melancholy, they will result in taking to the sky and hiding from the overwhelming personality of Infestations. The Terrors and Nightmares, to their dark personas and mischievous natures, would find such love uncomfortable and find themselves rather out of place.

If you still find yourself willing to add an Infestation pet to your home, be sure to always leave your bedroom door open and an extra blanket at your side – they love to cuddle against you, especially during long cold nights.
