A Guide to Boxing Your Pet: Winter Edition
Written By puredream

As the year draws to a close so does the last installment of “A Guide to Boxing Your Pet”. This holiday season, we of the Know Nothing Party are here to bring you up to speed on these frosty pets in hopes of finding the right winter box for your pet this Mistmas. So grab your coat, a pencil, a blank sheet of paper, and some mittens and find somewhere cold. We are about to begin this chilly edition of “A Guide to Boxing Your Pet”!

DISCLAIMER: The We Know Nothing Party is not liable for any flu or cold passed around due to boxing your pets.

Wintercursed:

Does your pet admire Queen Boreal, because of a) her fashion sense (I mean come on! Where does she get such killer boots?), b) her evil nature, or c) a and b? Does he or she have a plan for world domination that may or may not appear plausible? Or maybe your pet is a bully, but you have already crossed out Terror as an option, because she likes to put glitter in her fur? Perhaps he just likes squashing holiday cheer?

Before you completely commit to this theme a few things much be considered: Can you handle having a such a cold-hearted pet? Will you accept to be her loyal subject regardless of what she does or doesn’t do? Are you fine with the maniacal laughter that may be heard when he reaches a great idea to destroy Mistmas? If not, then perhaps you should hide this box from your dear one.

However, just because the bulk of Wintercursed pets are evil doesn’t mean yours will be, so take heart! Perhaps, they are a just a dark and brooding teenager? Or maybe they have made a deal with a witch and have become cursed as a result? Regardless, this theme might be perfect for your little pet!

Wintergreen:

Perhaps, your pet is more festive and prefers to decorate for Mistmas rather than destroy it? Maybe she has a knack for decorating the tree but is always tipping it over? What better excuse than to turn that silly pet into one as pay back?  Or maybe you don’t want the decorating to end? With a Wintergreen pet you can still decorate in July and not get funny looks!

If you are considering picking up a Wintergreen Pandora Box, then look deep into your character’s soul. Are they always festive and cheerful or do they need to be taught a lesson in cheer? Either would be perfect to garb in this theme. Or perhaps they like to give gifts all year long? Do they like to stand for hours in the cold and pretend to be a pine tree? Maybe their favorite parts are the lights and they’re always getting tangled in them?

If you answered yes to any of the above then perhaps you should consider bringing home this box along with your mistletoe! Just remember to also buy them a broom, since they are going to need it to clean up the tinsel and pine needles they leave everywhere!

Wintergala –

Does your pet spend hours out in the snow? Is he or she always tripping over themselves? Does your pet like to play with ribbon or string? Perhaps they aren’t a big fan of Mistmas, but they love winter. Well fear not! For those pets who don’t believe that Aurelius is a real star there is a theme for you without getting all gussied up! Or if your pet intends to partake in many holiday parties this elegant blue on white fits every occasion.

However, a pet’s personality must be noted before you decide on this theme. For one a pet should have the spirit and naivety of a child. These whimsical pets don’t like to sit still. In a study conducted this summer, we also discovered that you must have the right climate in order to care for this pet. So don’t invest in this box unless you are ready to invest stock in “A/C Mistic” or another cooling system company. Also if your pet likes hot chocolate and fires this is not a viable theme, because she is sure to melt! So consider carefully if you and your pet want to give up warmth, or you may be sweeping your new puddle pet into a bucket.

Well that ends the eventful chronicles of “How to Box Your Pet”. As always, we hope this was educational and you have made your choice! Remember, if the theme doesn’t seem to fit your pet, there is no reason not to hold off in boxing until another idea comes along.

Stay warm this season, Mistica!
